Q: is there anything we should take care before production?
A: Please clear up iron from the mixed cables, get the granulator started,infeed according to the granulator’s capacity.
Q: If there’s plastic in copper granules,how should I do?
A: please adjust the wind power of the Vibrator,bottom wind power，adjust vibration frequency.
Q: If there still has plastic in copper,how to do?
A: pls check filter screen,please clean the dust.
Q:If copper granules output quantity is becoming Less,what’s the problem?
A:please inspect the vibrator,please brush off the copper granules in the vibrator’s screen.
Q: Before get the vibrator started or turning off,what should I take care?
A:please make sure the vibrator's frequency return to zero,otherwise the next time vibrator starting will have the riddler damaged.
Q:which kinds of cables can I processing with this machine?
A: auto-wire, communicate cable,and other mixed copper wire/cable,phone wires and so on.
Q:is there has pollution in recycling?
A:this is dry separating, not pollution and other waste at all.
Q:is there any other kinds cable granulator?i want bigger output.
A:yes, sure, we also have other model BS-800 with bigger output,and BS-1000, the output can up to 1t to 2t.
